DAY WISE PLAN:
Day 1: Islamabad to Mansehra, Lunch in Mansehra after drive of 4 hours of drive, then to BabuSar Top which is about 3h: 30 m drive from Mansehra. One can stay at Chilas 1 h: 15m from BabuSar Top.
Day 2: Breakfast in Chilas and move towards Gilgit City. It takes almost 3 h to reach Gilgit. After lunch proceed towards Astore Valley and it takes 2 H: 30 M to reach Astore Valley.
Day 3: Breakfast and Tour of Astore Valley (Rama Lake, Chilim, Kala Pani)
Day 4: Breakfast and Tour of the Valley (Dambabaho, Domail, Deosai Plan)
Day 5: Leave towards Gilgit (night Stay)
Day 6: From Gilgit to Islamabad via Narran- Kaghan.

Astore lies about the massive base of Nanga Parbat which is the 9th highest peak in the world. Astore Valley ascends from the Indus River a Valley near Jaglot. To the south of the massif Nanga Parbat lies the beautiful Rama Valley.
Astore valley is thickly forested with huge pine, Ceder, and Juniper trees. This valley is about 3300 meters above sea level and thus it is covered with snow for 7-8 months of the year. In summer, Astore becomes lush green as one can trek to east side of the Nanga Parbat (the world’s 8th highest mountain). Many foreign and local people visit Astore Valley every year and feed their souls by the best part of Nature.
Beauty wise Mansehra is the most wonderful place which one shall not miss to visit. It is a small area but have extra ordinary surroundings. This is situated in between the High and lush green Mountains. It has the panoramic view of widespread plain and invigorating fresh air in all seasons. The higher hills of Mansehra have pine covered slopes and the peaks of Kaghan, Bhogarmang, Konsh, Allai are snow capped. This region consists of many water-falls that glorify its attraction. The lovers of beauty rejoice when they walk on green mountain crests and listen the roars of water fall from all around.
Narran is one of the hottest tourist destinations for summer holidays. Millions of tourists each year come across this valley to explore its beauty and to enjoy their vacations. This valley is about 240 KM away from Islamabad, located in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. The most famous attractions of Narran are: Shogran plateau and the River Kunhar which flows through this Valley by adding more in the attraction of Narran. The beautiful scenery of this place is well served with the fairy tale called Lake Saif-ul- Malook. On the other end of this Lalazar Lake lies, this is a favorite zone for hikers as one get to see the massive glaciers over its mountains. Ansu Lake is yet another miracle of nature in Narran, as its name suggests that it is just like a Drop of water. It is situated upwards to Lake Saiful Malook. Ansu Lake is the best place for Adventure lovers as the pathway contains icy mountains and trenches rocks.
- BabuSar Top
BabuSar Top is the highest point at (4173 m/13,691 ft) and it is considered to be one of the most amazing spots of entire Pakistan. BabuSar Top is about 70 Kilometers from Narran. It is a mountain pass at the north connecting Thak Nala with Chilas. This is a breathtaking and the famous destination while on your tour to Astore Valley. It is a heavenly piece of earth with a very beautiful views and sceneries. This area is full of great species of birds, animals, flowers and bushes. The forests near the top are of hardwood trees and they are in lush condition throughout the year. BabuSar Top connects Gilgit with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
- Chilas/Fairy Meadows
Chilas comes under Gilgit-Baltistan. It is 130 KM from the main city of Gilgit. The weather is hot and dry in the summer and dry and cold in the winter. But one can spend couple of days in Fairy Meadows (a resort 50 km from Chilas) which is known as “Heaven on Earth”. It is the most beautiful place of Pakistan that one can only imagine to visit. Fairy Meadow is a lush green plateau at 3300 m offering a breath taking view of Majestic Nanga Parbat (The Killer Mountain). Besides form Nature Lovers, Fairy Meadows has been a source of enchantment for back packers, climbers, wildlife researchers, photographers, painters & geologists.
Astore Valley is renowned for its multifarious natural resplendency and access to a number of world’s unique mountain magnetizations. This resplendent mountain town is located at an altitude of 2600m with availability of fundamental essentialities, communication and routine business facilities. Astore is a very famous place which millions of people visit every summer. Astore valley is a unique area for tourists to visit. It is surrounded by the high peaks of the far western Himalaya. Nearby the two rivers junction is a village named Louze and this village is popular for apples, apricots, cherries and other fruits especially the wild almond oil. The amazing thing about Louze is; it has literacy rate of about 95%.
Rama Lake is one of the most amazing lakes in the country. The journey to Rama Lake is one of the most awe-inspiring journeys. The journey is totally through the lush green fields of the plateau and it is therefore an exhilarating experience for the travelers.
Deosai Plains lie in this valley which are the highest plateau in Himalayas and are most picturesque with a bowl shaped lake having number wild flowers and Deosai plans is a habitat of brown bears. Deosai plan been declared as a Natural park, a special status to preserve its fora and fauna.
Sheosar Lake is dedicated to the magnificent green. It is a prime habitat of ibex and the foxes. Other species such as the golden marmot and elder gray wolf as well as the snow leopard also reside in Sheosar Lake.
